About Me

Hej, I’m Luca, and I’m working with my hands, head, and heart to support your animal’s well-being. Let me tell you a bit about my story…

As a child, I always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian to help animals, but injections and surgery never quite suited me. Back then, I didn’t know osteopathy even existed. So I started studying biology instead. Yet, in the world of labs and bureaucracy, I couldn’t find my place.
I longed for work where I could use both my hands and my head, and preferably with my feet in the mud.

That moment came when I saw an osteopath at work in the stable. I was captivated. Gentle hands, subtle techniques, and horses that visibly relaxed,
it was beautiful to witness. I knew: this is it.

I was accepted into the animal osteopathy program at ICREO in the Netherlands. Since then, I’ve been working mainly with horses, though I gladly treat other animals as well. I love getting to know different species and learning how each animal communicates.

In my work, I find it essential to pay close attention to the animal’s body language. An animal needs to feel safe and relaxed. That’s why I prefer to come to your location, where your animal is most at ease. Your role as the owner is also an important part of the process. Together, we work towards relaxation, so I can do my best work, and your animal can experience the greatest results.
